Due to the nature of digital products, returns or exchanges are not available once your Cavalias digital product has been downloaded or accessed. We encourage you to review the product information carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds (within 60 days)
If you are not completely satisfied with your Cavalias digital product, you may request a 50% refund within 60 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, your order must be verified, and you must provide a brief explanation of the issue you experienced with the product.
If your refund request is approved, the eligible refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 2–3 business days. Please note that any digital processing fees or payment gateway charges applied during checkout are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.
